We are committed to providing valuable experiences, but we understand that sometimes things may not go as expected. Below is our Refund Policy that outlines our terms for different types of services and products:
Digital Products (eBooks, Workbooks, Audio Courses, etc.)
Due to the nature of digital products, which are instantly accessible upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any digital products. Please ensure that you review the product description carefully before making a purchase.
However, if you encounter any issues accessing your digital products or experience technical difficulties, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Readings (Intuitive Readings, Energy Readings, etc.)
For intuitive readings, energy scans, or other spiritual services provided, we aim to deliver insightful and accurate guidance to support your journey. No refunds will be issued after a reading has been conducted or scheduled, as services are rendered in real-time.
If you feel that the reading did not meet your expectations, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving the service to discuss any concerns. While we do not offer refunds, we may offer a rescheduled session or additional guidance if necessary.
If you need to reschedule a reading, please give us at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
Coaching Services (1:1 Sessions, Soulful Coaching Programs)
Our coaching services are designed to offer deep, transformative support. Due to the personalized nature of these services and the time dedicated to each client, we have the following refund policy:
Full Refund (Within 24 hours of Payment): If you have purchased a coaching program or session and wish to cancel within 24 hours of payment, you will be eligible for a full refund.
Partial Refund (Up to 48 hours after first session): If you begin your coaching program and feel that it is not a good fit for you, please contact us within 48 hours of your first session. In this case, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the number of sessions already completed.
No Refunds after 48 hours or after first session: Due to the commitment of time and resources, we do not offer refunds after the first coaching session or 48 hours after the program begins.
If you are dissatisfied with any coaching session, we encourage you to share your feedback so that we can address your concerns and work toward a positive resolution.
General Guidelines
Cancellation & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session or reading, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged or forfeiting your session. If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered used, and no refund will be issued.
Product Delivery: For digital products, once the product is delivered (via email or download link), the sale is considered final. If you experience any access issues, please contact us for assistance.
Disputes: If you have any concerns about your purchase or experience, please contact us before escalating any issues. We aim to resolve all matters amicably.
